For the past 7 years, Evan honed his expertise in Search at his last firm, focusing on technical and leadership searches within advanced manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure clients across the US.  From startups, to publicly traded firms, to PE backed portfolio companies, there is no search too niche.

He prides himself in fully understanding his client's org structure to help with short and long-term partnerships while ensuring a smooth process for clients and candidates. Evan is focused on mutually beneficial results and impact, not just the placement.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Evan spends his time outside of work traveling, going to concerts and sporting events with his wife, Amber. He also enjoys playing golf, watching Formula 1, hiking with his dog, Nico and cooking!
