Josh has spent more than 10 years in Search, developing his expertise across industrial and discrete manufacturing. His experience spans specialty materials and building products, alongside sectors including aerospace and defense. Having worked within both boutique and global search firms, Josh has delivered contingent and retained searches from senior management through to VP and C-suite level.
Josh takes a consultative approach to every partnership. Rather than simply taking a brief and running a search, he invests time in understanding how a client's organization works and where it is heading. This allows him to challenge the brief when necessary and identify passive talent that clients may struggle to reach themselves. For Josh, the goal is to build trusted relationships that develop well beyond a single placement.
