With over 16 years in recruitment, and more than a decade dedicated to construction, Sam has built his career around one thing: helping complex projects get delivered by putting the right people in place. His experience across large-scale, high-pressure build environments gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to execute successfully. He works closely with clients across the digital infrastructure space, supporting hiring across construction, project delivery, and operations. His understanding of how projects run on the ground allows him to go beyond resumes, identifying leaders who can perform under pressure and deliver results.

Based in Houston, Sam is a father of three and spends his time outside of work on the golf course or following his beloved West Ham United.
