Allegiance Search has appointed executive search specialist Evan Levine as Director, strengthening the firm's expertise across advanced manufacturing, industrial, and material supply markets.
Levine joins Allegiance after seven years delivering technical and leadership searches for manufacturing and private equity-backed companies across the United States. His appointment reflects increasing client demand for specialist leadership talent as manufacturing continues to play a critical role in supporting the rapid expansion of digital infrastructure and energy.
Coming from an unconventional route into executive search with an engineering degree, Levine brings a unique technical understanding of the industries he serves. The ability to speak the same language as the technical departments they look to fill is a key string to Allegiance’s bow.
"The industries we work with are evolving incredibly quickly," said Levine. "Manufacturing businesses aren't just competing on technology anymore. They're competing on their ability to attract the people who can help them scale. That's where executive search becomes much more than filling a vacancy. It's about helping businesses build leadership teams that will support their next stage of growth."
Levine recognized quickly that his passion is in helping businesses solve complex people challenges. He has partnered with organizations ranging from early-stage companies to publicly traded manufacturers and private equity portfolio businesses, delivering searches across technical and executive leadership functions.
His appointment expands Allegiance Search's capability within manufacturing at a time when the sector is becoming increasingly mission critical within digital infrastructure and energy.
Craig Thompson, Co-Founder of Allegiance Search, said the appointment represents another step in the firm's continued investment in specialist markets.
"Our business has always been built around deep market expertise rather than broad coverage," said Thompson. "With demand sky high and heavy targets for manufacturing to meet we recognized it’s vital to service the full mission critical chain. To do that we needed someone who understands those environments first hand. Evan combines technical expertise with a consultative approach to executive search, and that's exactly what our clients expect from Allegiance."
Levine believes the most successful search partnerships are built through long-term relationships rather than transactional recruitment.
